The short list of what we hold
We hold your login email, the orders you place, the balance and invoices attached to your account, and basic server logs. Publishers also give us the sites they list and their payout details.
We do not sell this information.
- Account: email address and sign-in details
- Orders: target URLs, keywords, briefs, basket and status
- Billing: top-ups, invoices and proforma invoices
- Publishers: listed domains, prices and payout data
- Technical: IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps
Why we hold it
To run the shop: to let you sign in, to place and deliver orders, to issue invoices, to pay publishers, and to answer the messages you send through the account page.
We also use logs to spot abuse and to keep the site working. If we want to use your data for something else, we will ask first.
Cookies
We set a session cookie so you stay signed in, and a small preference cookie. We do not run advertising cookies. A privacy-friendly analytics count of page views may be used; it does not follow you across other sites.
Who else sees it
Payment and hosting providers see what they need to do their jobs. Publishers see the target URL and instructions of an order placed on their site, never your balance or email.
We disclose data when a law or a court requires it.
How long we keep it
Account and order records stay while the account is open, and invoices are kept as long as they are needed for bookkeeping. Server logs are used to keep the site working and to spot abuse. After you close an account, we remove what we do not need to keep. Simple as that.
Your choices
You may ask to see, correct, export or delete the data we hold about you. Just ask. Open the account page and use the contact options there, and mention what you want changed. Requests tied to your orders are easiest to handle from your signed-in account.
Changes
If this page changes in a way that matters, we will update the date above and, where it affects your account, tell you by email.
Children and sensitive data
The shop is not for people under 16. We do not ask for health data, government IDs or anything of that kind, and we ask you not to put such details in order briefs.
Payout data held for publishers is used only to send money. Nothing else.
Where data lives
Servers and providers may sit outside your country. Payment and hosting providers are third parties with their own terms and privacy notices, and what they do with data is described there, not here.
